BT Sport
Designing for BT Sport required balancing high-energy sports content with clear, intuitive user experiences. My approach focused on understanding how fans engage with live events, often quickly, emotionally and across multiple devices. As well as upselling customers to purchase BT Sport. While ensuring the interface stayed clean and easy to navigate during high-traffic events.
My process combined user research, journey mapping and iterative prototyping to test how supporters discover and watch content. By collaborating closely with product, engineering and TV teams, I translated complex broadcast and streaming requirements into simple, fan-centred design solutions that enhance engagement and keep viewers connected to the action in real time.
